The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) conducts the IBPS Clerk exam every year to recruit clerical posts in 11 public sector banks across India . The IBPS Clerk exam is conducted on two levels- the preliminary exam and the mains. Students qualifying in both these exams are thus selected for the post. As per the IBPS Calendar 2023, IBPS Clerk Mains Exam 2023 will be held on 07th October 2023 .

The detailed IBPS Clerk Notification 2023 for CRP CLERKS-XIII has been released by IBPS to recruit 4545 Clerical Cadre vacancies in different PSU banks . The detailed IBPS Clerk 2023 Notification pdf has been released with a huge number of vacancies of clerical posts in different 11 public sector banks . The tentative IBPS Clerk Exam Date 2023 has been released by IBPS along with IBPS Calendar 2023. IBPS Clerk 2023 Mains will be conducted on 26th, 27th August, 2nd September 2023 and IBPS Clerk Mains to be held on 07th October 2023 .

Eligibility:

  • Nationality: Indian citizens, Nepalese/Bhutanese citizens, and Tibetan refugees who arrived in India before January 1, 1962 are eligible to apply for the exam.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 20 and 28 years of age to apply for the exam. Age relaxations are provided for certain categories of candidates.
  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must have a degree in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.

The selection process for IBPS Clerk exam consists of three stages :

  1. Preliminary Exam: This is the first stage of the selection process. Candidates who qualify in this exam are eligible to appear for the mains exam.
  2. Mains Exam: This is the second stage of the selection process. Candidates who qualify in this exam are eligible to appear for the interview round.
  3. Interview: This is the final stage of the selection process. Candidates who qualify in this round are selected for the post.

IBPS CLERK full syllabus

The syllabus for the IBPS Clerk exam is divided into two stages: Preliminary Exam and Mains Exam. The Preliminary Exam consists of three sections: English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability. The Mains Exam consists of four sections: Reasoning Ability & Computer Aptitude, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and General/ Financial Awareness .
